Includes extracts from Levi W. Hancock's Mormon Battalion journals, and information on Mosiah Hancock's life in Payson and Salt Lake City, association with Brigham Young, settlement in Southern Utah in 1861, and mission to the Moquis Indians with Jacob Hamblin in 1862.
