Scope and Content

Robinson recounts his conversion to the Church in New York in 1836 and settlement in Nauvoo, Illinois, with entries recording his emigration to Utah in 1848, participation in the Iron County Mission, settlement in Farmington, and activities during the Utah War. Includes references to Joseph Smith and plural marriage. Journals record his later activities in Davis County, Utah.

Also contains loose leaf pages recording tithing credits and other information regarding members of the Seventh Ward at Winter Quarters, of which Robinson was bishop. December 1846 bishop's report includes copy in handwriting of Thomas Bullock.

Also includes a list of property left by Charity Campbell when she died.
