Includes entries copied from earlier volumes. Includes partial typescript copy.

Also contains poems and hymns of his own composition.

Includes autobiographical sketch, brief notation concerning Joseph Smith and the Word of Wisdom, poetry Johnson composed, and his will. Also includes later family information.
